Pokémon Storage and Item Bag increased for GO Fest 2023

To help trainers prepare for Pokémon GO Fest 2023 events, there has been in increase in the limits for Pokémon Storage and Item Bag Storage in Pokémon GO. It is the perfect time to increase your storage as a great range of Pokémon will be available in August and during the 4 GO Fest events this month.

You can now have a maximum Pokémon Storage of 6800, an increase of 500 spots from the previous 6300 limit.

You can now have a maximum Item Bag Storage of 5800, an increase of 500 spots from the previous 5300 limit.

Currently you can increase your Pokémon storage or Item bag at a cost of 200 coins per 50 storage spaces in the in-game shop. If you are someone who fills storage quickly, we recommend waiting until closer to the GO Fest dates to upgrade, so you don’t have the urge to start filling it up pre-GO Fest!
